Read our Terms Of Service carefully to prevent your hosting account being suspended or terminated.

Futured Hosting is the name of the services provided on this website. The terms: us, we, our, I, all refer to Futured Hosting, the term you and your, refer to you as the customer, user of services provided by Futured Hosting. The term "their" refers to the customers of resellers. The term "its" used in the context similar to : [Futured Hosting and its server owners] means people, or services connected with Futured Hosting. When this term is used, it is considering the third parties, or people as a part of Futured Hosting, and are included in the terms being stated.

When you signup with any Futured Hosting services, you will be added to a Futured Hosting mailing list, we will not give away or sell your email address. The mailing list is just to update you on the server status, planned downtimes, events, special offers, special/added features - etc...

1. Account Setup
We will setup your account after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) in case of fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under.

2. Content
All services provided by us may only be used for lawful purposes. This includes, but not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, pornography.

Examples of unacceptable material:
1. Anything that is Illegal!
2. Spamming (Email Bombing)
3. Illegal Pornography (Child Porn) [Adult Porn Sites Are Allowed]
4. Warez, Serial Numbers, Cracks, Codes
5. Stolen MP3, Movies 's etc...
6. File Uploading, Image Uploading, Rapidshare Leech scripts
7. Corrupted Scripts, Proxy Scripts, Newsletter Scripts
8. Any kind of server abuse scripts/programs/virus etc
9. Terrorist Activities Sites
10. IRC (Internet Relay Chat)
11. Hack programs and archives

3. Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
You are not allowed to send any sort of unsolicited emails through any servers used by CDK Hosting. Double opt-in mailing lists are allowed, as long as you don’t send out 50 or more emails at once. You must not send bulk email, legal or not, bulk being to 50+ recipients at one time. You can send emails as long as the comply with the CAN-SPAM act found here : http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/buspubs/canspam.shtmPeople found to be spamming will be warned, and accounts disabled until they re-accept the Terms of Service, if they are found to be spamming again, they will be permanently terminated, and their contact details given to relevant authorities if requested. For our resellers, we will not terminate your account if people are found to be spamming under your account, we will suspend their account, and contact you, if there is no reply, we will terminate their account for you. If there are excessive amounts of material on a resellers account, we will be forced to suspend the whole reseller, until the problems are sorted out fully.

4. Payment Information
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from us, in advance of the time period during which such services are provided. You agree that until and unless you notify Futured Hosting of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis.

5. Backups and Data Loss
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on our servers.

6. Money Back Guarantee/Refund
We do not offer Money Back Guarantee or Refund. When you are paying, fix your mind that you will use our services. Otherwise please do not pay. Any type of Money Back/Refund requests will be ignored.

7. Resource Usage
Users may not initiate the following:
a) Use 25% or more of system resources for longer then 90 seconds. There are numerous activities that could cause such problems; these include: CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, etc.
b) Run any type of interactive real-time chat applications that require server resources. Remotely-hosted services are fully allowed.
c) Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server. This includes any and all daemons, such as IRCD.
d) Run any software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network.
e) Run any gaming servers such as counter-strike, half-life, battlefield1492, etc

8.) Price Change
Futured Hosting reserves the right to change the prices of its hosting plans at any time. This only applies to recurring payments or new customers. It means that if you buy 3 months of hosting, and the price changes during your contract period, you will not have to pay more to keep your hosting account active until the contract period ends. If you want to continue the hosting, then you will have the pay the higher, or lower price. If you find that you cannot afford to pay the price of the new hosting, we will give you 3 days to backup your account until it is terminated.

*** Please note that this is only a precaution taken by Futured Hosting, our prices are very likely not to change, this is only in case there is some sort weird crisis, for example hyperinflation, where electricity, bandwidth and hard drives cost 10000% more, and it becomes impossible to provide that service at that price any more.

9. Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold us harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against us, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless any liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with us; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customers from Futured Hosting's server.

10. Disclaimer
We will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. We disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by us and our employees.

11. Suspension and Termination
If you violate any of the above policies, FuturedHosting reserves the right to suspend/terminate the account at any time without any warning.

12. Changes to the TOS
We reserve the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
