How long have you been in business for?

Since October 2008

Are you a reseller?

No. We operate leased servers, where we have root access.

Do your servers run UNIX or Windows NT?

All of our servers are UNIX-based (Linux). We do not operate any servers on the Windows NT platform.

How long will it take to setup my hosting account?

As soon as your payment has been confirmed your account will be automatically set up, and login details will be emailed to you. Other packages and special requests will be setup within 24 Hours and most often within just a couple hours.

What are your nameservers to point my domain?

Our Name Servers vary with the server you are hosted on. Please check the welcome email we sent to you that includes your hosting account information.

Can i use my own private domain name servers and does they cost extra? How do i configure them?

Yes, Of course and they are totally free of cost for our Reseller and Master Reseller Hosting users.

Please refer to the email we sent to you containing your hosting account information for how to configure them.

How long does it take to get my domain working?

It usually takes 24 hours (after nameserver change) for a domain to fully propagate.

Can I change from one plan to another?

Yes. You can change (upgrade or downgrade) your hosting account to any package, anytime without any hassle or downtime to your websites. Please submit a ticket to us if you want to change your plan.

Will you transfer my files?

Yes. We can transfer your websites/files but a maximum number of 25 accounts from your previous host for FREE and the control panel of your previous host must be cPanel. If you have more than 25 accounts to transfer, we will charge extra fee in those cases. We can migrate from other control panels, but there will be some data loss.

Do you backup my files? If so, where?

Yes, we perform daily backup of all of our customer’s hosting accounts (also reseller’s customers) to our remote backup server.

Do you offer vps, dedicated servers or co-locations?

Sorry, we are not offering such services yet.

What is the configuration of your server?

Configuration differs across servers. Generally our servers are equipped with server-grade Intel Xeon E5 processors, 8-16 GB RAM, 1Gbps uplink speed.

What is your server IP address to ping?

You can ping test on these IP addresses: 104.206.222.186, 23.231.4.15

What is the location of your Data Center?

All of our servers are located at United States of America particularly in Phoenix (Arizona) and Dallas (Texas).

How am I billed?

You will be billed on the basis of your chosen billing cycle. Currently we are accepting payments Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Annually and Biennially. For example, if you chose to pay Monthly and you place order on the 13th of a month, you will be billed for 1 month from that date. Your next invoice will be due on 13th of the next month meaning we do not prorate.

Are there any hidden costs, or setup fees?

Not At All!

Do you charge any TAX?

No, we don’t charge TAX! The price you see on our website is what you will pay.

Is there a minimum contract period?

Most accounts can be purchased on a month-to-month basis. Only Shared Beginner and Shared Advanced plan’s minimum billing period is Quarterly.

Do you offer money back guarantee?

Yes! If you are unhappy with our service for any reason, we offer a 7-day money back guarantee. Please check our Money Back Policy for details.

How do I make a payment?

At first, you have to order your desired hosting plan in our order system. While ordering you will be asked to choose the payment method through which you want to send your payment to us. If you choose an online payment gateway, you will be taken automatically to its website for completing the payment. If you choose an offline payment gateway, you will be given information of the offline payment methods for making the payment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, Western Union / MoneyGram, Bank Transfer and Mobile Banking Payments

How do you charge credit/debit cards?

Credit/debit cards are charged through PayPal.

Where can i get your Western Union, MoneyGram, Bank Transfer or Mobile Banking Payment details?

You will get the required information after completing your order.

How do I cancel my hosting account?

To cancel one or all of your services, simply log into our Clients Area and click on MY SERVICES. Choose the desired service to cancel, and click on the Request Cancellation button at the bottom of the page. Please repeat these steps for each additional service. Please note that all cancellation requests need to be placed 72 hours before your next billing date to assure proper termination.

How do I order for a dedicated IP?

To obtain your dedicated IP, please submit a ticket to our Sales Department stating the justified need for the dedicated IP. A dedicated IP will cost $3 USD per month. Please note that, Dedicated IPs are offered only to those websites who are going to install SSL certificate.

How do I order for an SSL certificate?

An SSL Certificate will cost $15 USD per year. In order to install SSL on a site, the site must be on dedicated IP address which costs $30 USD per year. Please submit a ticket to us for more info and custom order.

Can I register new domain(s) with you?

Yes. Go to: http://www.futuredhosting.com/domain-register/ to register only domains or choose “I want to register a new domain” option while ordering and enter new domain name.

Can I transfer my existing domain(s) to you?

Yes. Go to: http://www.futuredhosting.com/domain-transfer/ to transfer only domains or choose “I want to transfer my domain” option while ordering and enter existing domain name.

Can I use my existing domain?

Yes. Please choose the option “I will use my existing domain” and provide your domain name while ordering with us. Later on, you need to just change the name servers which can be found in the welcome email containing your hosting account information.

Can I host IRC Services?

No, IRC is not allowed on our Network.

Are adult sites allowed?

Yes. Legal Adult Sites are allowed. But NO CHILD PORNOGRAPHY.

Are proxies allowed?

No. Proxies are not allowed.
