At Futured Hosting we are committed to providing a service of exceptional quality and reliability. In the event you are not satisfied with your order, this document explains our money back policy.
Futured Hosting offers a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee on all hosting plans (excluding add-ons, overages, domain names). At Futured Hosting we want you to be completely satisfied with the hosting service we provided. If you are not, we encourage you to contact us and we will promptly try to rectify the issue to your complete satisfaction.
Prior to ordering, to help ensure that our hosting service meets your requirements, please refer to the hosting plan details you are gonna buy for comprehensive information on all features offered under each hosting plan. To help you make the right decision, you can also contact us to discuss your hosting needs.
As with refunds in general, we ask that you please choose carefully before making your purchase, as we do not normally give refunds on hosting plans already payed for if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
We do not offer refunds for breech of our terms of service (TOS) or acceptable use policy (AUP).
Subject to this money back policy and applicable law, no refunds or changes will be given on domain name registrations/transfers/renewals or domain reseller account. This is due to the non-refundable registry costs incurred by us at the time of processing your order. It is important that you check the spelling of the domain name you wish to register on the registration form as we are unable to give refunds even if you misspell the domain name you wish to register.
No refunds or changes will be issued on Dedicated IP address, SSL certificate and WHMCS license purchases.
Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
If you are entitled to a refund, you can choose between a refund, exchange or we may attempt to correct the problem for you.
If you completed your order within the last 7 days, our ‘7 Day Money Back Guarantee’ policy may apply to you. If so, please contact us to arrange prompt rectification of the issue or a refund if required, if your account was not suspended due to breaking any of our policies.
Cancelling Hosting Plans
You can cancel your hosting plan at any time prior to the next billing period by submitting a ticket to our billing department. Please note that a billing period already paid for will not be partially refunded (the hosting account will remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation), subject to this moneyback policy and applicable laws. If you pre-paid for multiple billing periods in advance, the remaining portion for unused billing periods will be refunded as account credit balance upon cancellation.
Upon cancellation, we will send you a cancellation confirmation email. Please do not consider your hosting account cancelled until you receive this email.
The standard Futured Hosting billing period for Shared Hosting is quarterly and for Master Reseller & Reseller Hosting it is monthly – commencing from the day you first ordered the hosting plan and renewing every quarterly or month thereafter until cancelled. For example, if you ordered a hosting account on the 16th, your billing period will be from the 16th to 15th of each month after that until cancelled. Other billing periods may apply to you, depending on what hosting plan you purchased and your hosting agreement with us.
