Futured Hosting is the name of the services provided on this website. The terms: us, we, our, I, all refer to Futured Hosting, the term you and your, refer to you as the customer, user of services provided by Futured Hosting. The term “their” refers to the customers of resellers. The term “its” used in the context similar to : [Futured Hosting and its server owners] means people, or services connected with Futured Hosting. When this term is used, it is considering the third parties, or people as a part of Futured Hosting, and are included in the terms being stated.
Account Setup and Email on File:
We will setup your account after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) in case of fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, the primary email address on file will be used to do so. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date at all times. Failure to respond to email from our abuse department within 24 hours may result in the suspension or termination of your services. All abuse issues must be dealt with via trouble ticket and will have a response within 24 hours.
Payment Information:
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from us, in advance of the time period during which such services are provided. You agree that until and unless you notify Futured Hosting. of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis.
Payment is Due on or before Due Date. A fee of 10 Percentage will be imposed on the invoice to any account that does not pay their Invoice on TIME. AND or your Account will be SUSPENDED.
Zero Tolerance Spam Policy:
You are not allowed to send any sort of unsolicited emails through any servers used by Futured Hosting. Double opt-in mailing lists are allowed, as long as you don’t send out 50 or more emails at once. You must not send bulk email, legal or not, bulk being to 50+ recipients at one time. You can send emails as long as the comply with the CAN-SPAM act. People found to be spamming will be warned, and accounts disabled until they re-accept the Terms of Service, if they are found to be spamming again, they will be permanently terminated, and their contact details given to relevant authorities if requested. For our resellers, we will not terminate your account if people are found to be spamming under your account, we will suspend their account, and contact you, if there is no reply, we will terminate their account for you. If there are excessive amounts of material on a resellers account, we will be forced to suspend the whole reseller, until the problems are sorted out fully.
Backups and Data Loss:
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for files and data residing on your account. Futured Hosting will not be responsible if there is any data loss issue occurs due to any kind of events which is beyond our control, such as natural disaster, hard disk failure, data center incident. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on Futured Hosting servers. Money refund prohibited if any of the above situation occurs.
Although regular remote backups will be performed, we will not be held responsible for any loss of data. It is up to the hosting account to ensure you maintain a local copy of your web data for your own backup purposes.
FREE Website Transfer:
We can transfer a maximum number of 25 accounts from your previous host for FREE and the control panel of your previous host must be cPanel. If you have more than 25 accounts to transfer, we will charge extra fee in those cases. We can migrate from other control panels, but there will be some data loss.

Changes to Service Price:
Futured Hosting reserves the right to change the prices of its hosting plans at any time. This only applies to recurring payments or new customers. It means that if you buy 3 months of hosting, and the price changes during your contract period, you will not have to pay more to keep your hosting account active until the contract period ends. If you want to continue the hosting, then you will have the pay the changed/new price. If you find that you cannot afford to pay the price of the new hosting, we will give you 3 days to backup your account until it is terminated.
Changes to Services:
Futured Hosting reserves the right to change hosting plan features anytime. Which includes, Disk Space, Bandwidth, Maximum CPU/RAM Usages etc..
Changes to the Policies:
Futured Hosting reserves the right to revise any of its policies at any time without notice.
Suspension and Termination:
If you or your client violate any of the our policies, we reserve the right to suspend/terminate the account at any time without any warning.
Indemnification:
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold us harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against us, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless any liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with us; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customers from Futured Hosting’s server.
Liability and Disclaimer:
Futured Hosting, its owner, and its server owners will not be responsible for any damages to your website(s), company, business, or you may suffer in conjunction with Futured Hosting services. This includes downtime, loss of data, or any sort of interruptions connected with any of the Futured Hosting services. Futured Hosting will not be held liable for damages or losses caused by infringement of proprietary rights of any third party, copyright infringement or any faulty/defective product sold in connection with Futured Hosting services.
If illegal content is being hosted on Futured Hosting servers, we will try our best to detect, and then delete it. If you find there to be any illegal content on Futured Hosting servers, please inform our abuse department by clicking here.
User Agreement:
You, as the user of any Futured Hosting services, agree to abide by these Terms Of Service. Failing to do so, may result in account suspension/termination.
You, as a user of any Futured Hosting services, agree that if you have any problems, you will first contact us before going to the payment gateway to get your money back or open any dispute/claim. eg. If you have a problem with your service, you must create a support ticket in your clients area, if you decide to report us to PayPal before requesting a refund, you are breaking the Terms Of Service. By breaking the terms of service you risk termination of this contract, therefore you are liable for NO refund, NO Charge back, you risk getting suspended, terminated and banned from Futured Hosting.
You agree to not abuse Futured Hosting or it’s staff. You can’t post/report any false complaint anywhere.
Futured Hosting Terms of Service (TOS) also includes Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
